About Us

Madina City offers luxurious independent villas for an extraordinary Arabian lifestyle in Kerala. Foundation Stone laying ceremony of Madina City

 

A Glimpse of Foundation Stone laying ceremony of Madina City Villa Project presented by Komath&Ramath Constructions at Mele Champadu. This promising ceremony was performed by Mr. Komath Mammootty and Mr. Mahmood Haji on 20th June 2022 at 10:30 AM. Madina City Cover page was officially unveiled by Kadirur Panchayat President Mr. Sanil on the same day. We are fortunate enough to bring success to this ceremony and hope to carry on this golden project with prosperity and blessing.

The remaining construction would take place corresponding to the payment done at the commencement of each phase.

  2. A Delay in payment of PHASE 2 exceeding 3 months might result in a percentage rise in the cost of a project.
